Oral Presentations

• Each presentation must be organized for 10 minutes of oral exposition.
• The presentation, in power point, must be delivered to the organization, respecting the following deadlines:
• Presentations to be made on Monday, September 11th in the morning: until 11am on the same day
• Presentations to be made on Monday, September 11th in the afternoon: until 2pm on the same day
• Presentations to be made on Tuesday, September 12th in the morning: until 9am on the same day
• If you wish, you can send your presentation in advance.

Poster Presentations

• The posters (A0 paper size) must be placed in room 124, at CES, during the morning of Monday, September 11th. The organization's staff will assist in placing the posters.
• Posters will also be presented, divided into two sessions, as indicated in the final program of the Conference. The presenters should prepare 3 or 4 power point slides (3 minutes per poster) where they will briefly present their work.
•  The presentation, in power point, must be delivered to the organization, respecting the following deadlines for delivery:
• Presentations to be made in session 1 (Monday, September 11th in the afternoon): until 3 pm on the same day
• Presentations to be made in session 2 (Tuesday, September 12th in the afternoon): until 2 pm on the same day
